The follow-up Master's degree programme is formally sponsored by the Faculty of Science, but teaching in it is still carried out in close cooperation with the Faculty of Informatics.

This programme offers three concentrations (Structural Bioinformatics and Drug Design, Sequential Bioinformatics, and Computational Systems Biology), which students choose according to their preferences at the end of the first semester. Tomáš Raček from the Structural Bioinformatics research group has contributed to the preparation of this programme.
