Our colleague Jakub Oršula defended his master's thesis at the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University. His thesis topic is "Automatic updates for the protein similarity search application". Jakub's work transformed a prototype of a high-speed protein similarity search solution into a framework ready to underpin a mature production-read solution.
Congratulations, Jakub!
