PDBCharges was published in an article
PDBCharges, a tool providing partial atomic charges for protein structures from the Protein Data Bank, was published in the journal Nucleic Acids Research.
On 8th September, there were two formal occasions at the National Centre for Biomolecular Research. Two doctoral students have successfully defended their theses. Vladimír Horský has defended his dissertation "Validation of molecular 3D structures". Adam Midlik defended his dissertation on "Annotation and visualization of protein secondary structure".
