PDBCharges, a tool providing partial atomic charges for protein structures from the Protein Data Bank, was published in the journal Nucleic Acids Research.
Successfully defended dissertation thesis
On 17th February, our colleague Tomáš Raček successfully defended his dissertation thesis at the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University. His thesis topic was "Empirical methods for calculating partial atomic charges".
