GROMACS MetaDump, a tool for automatic annotation of output files from GROMACS MD simulations, was published in the Journal of Cheminformatics.
Kick-off meeting of the NRP project
Our colleagues Tomáš Raček, Tomáš Svoboda and Adrián Rošinec were present at the National Repository (NRP) project kick-off workshop that took place from 25th to 26th June in Prague. The key point of the workshop was for the attendees to network and receive information about the project's vision, current state and future plans. One of the presentations was delivered by Prof. Luděk Matyska (leading manager of the project). He spoke about the concept of automatic acquisition of freshly published data into a repository while showing slides from Tomáš S. and Adrián.
